During my trip to Okinawa, I stayed at “The Beach Tower Okinawa,” and I would like to share my stay experience with you.

“The Beach Tower Okinawa” is a hotel located within “American Village,” a popular tourist destination in the Chatan area of Okinawa.

After staying at “The Beach Tower Okinawa,” I was particularly impressed by the following three points:

  1. The ocean view from the room
  2. The convenient access to American Village
  3. The well-equipped facilities as a resort hotel

In this blog post, I will focus on photos to convey the atmosphere of the hotel.

Located within American Village – A Prime Resort Destination

“The Beach Tower Okinawa” is located in Chatan Town, Okinawa. It is a 40-minute drive from Naha Airport. I used the airport limousine bus.

The airport limousine bus provided convenient access from Naha Airport to the entrance of “The Beach Tower Okinawa” in about one hour, eliminating the need for a rental car. I was able to book the limousine bus online through the following site.

The photo below, taken from Google Maps, shows “The Beach Tower Okinawa” located in American Village. True to its name, the “Tower” is the tallest and most prominent building in the area.

In addition to the many restaurants and shops in American Village, there is an Aeon shopping center right next door, making it very convenient for shopping.

Compact Twin Room Review – Cozy Comfort with Stunning Views

I stayed in the “Compact Twin” room this time, which is a cozy 24.5 m² twin room.

The Compact Twin rooms seem to be located between the 18th and 22nd floors, and my room was on the 18th floor.

The bedside had an alarm clock and tissues.

The room came with a balcony, offering a fantastic sense of openness.

A table by the window was convenient for working on a laptop.

Across from the bed was a shelf integrated with a desk, on which a flat-screen TV was placed.

On the desk, there was a mirror, a telephone, and an electric kettle.

Next to the desk was a shelf that held swimwear, bath towels, a hairdryer, and cutlery. The bottom drawer was a safety deposit box.

The desk drawer contained a laundry bag.

A refrigerator was installed below the flat-screen TV.

There was also a humidifying air purifier.

Next to the entrance was an open-style closet equipped with hangers, deodorant spray, slippers, and a shoehorn.

The key card holder given at check-in included a helpful illustrated explanation of the hotel.

Additionally, I received a flyer with detailed information about the hotel during check-in.

The hotel appears to have about three restaurants. However, I chose to dine at restaurants in American Village rather than those within the hotel.

Here is the floor plan of the 18th floor where I stayed.

Balcony Views – Enjoy Okinawa’s Breathtaking Ocean Panorama

Here is a panoramic photo taken from the balcony.

Here is a panoramic photo taken from the balcony.

A baseball field and a stadium were located across from the hotel. It seems that professional baseball (Dragons) holds their spring training here.

The hotel’s beach is right in front of the property.

Araha Beach, located a bit farther away, was also clearly visible.

An annex with a pool, restaurants, and a natural hot spring is located next to the hotel.

The distant cityscape was visible, and the night view was beautiful.

Bathroom Details – Practical and Well-Equipped for Guests

The bathroom was a typical unit bath with the toilet and bathtub in one space.

Amenities were not provided in the room. Instead, guests could pick up what they needed from the amenity corner in the entrance hall.

Shampoo and body soap were provided in refillable bottles.

Hotel Entrance – Welcoming Design and Convenient Features

I took the airport limousine bus to the hotel. The bus arrived at the hotel’s entrance.

In front of the entrance, there was a sign for “The Beach Tower Okinawa.”

The hotel entrance was directly ahead.

The hotel lobby was a spacious, two-story open area.

I approached the counter to complete the check-in process.

The lobby featured a gift shop selling souvenirs and a convenience store offering drinks and food.

Next to the elevators was the amenity corner, where I picked up the items I needed.

The elevator hall on the first floor had four elevators.

Exploring Common Areas – Resort-Style Ambiance and Green Spaces

I took the elevator to the 18th floor where I was staying.

The hallway on the guest floor was an open-air space with a large atrium.

The area in front of the elevator hall was landscaped, and the continuous greenery visible when looking down the atrium was impressive.

The hotel entrance and shared hallways had an atmosphere reminiscent of Hawaiian resort hotels.

Pool, Spa, and More – Facilities in the Adjacent Building

Next to the hotel was an annex that included a pool, hot spring facilities, restaurants, and even a zoo.

The hot spring facilities were free to use for hotel guests, with no limit on the number of visits.

The large hot spring facilities were very comfortable.

The hot spring facilities were open not only to hotel guests but also to the general public.

Beaches and American Village Nearby – Perfect for Sightseeing

Right in front of the hotel is a beach.

Naturally, you can swim in the ocean.

At night, the beach was beautifully illuminated.

Here is a view of “The Beach Tower Okinawa” from the beach. With no tall buildings nearby, it stood out prominently.

It was about a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the center of American Village.

There were many cafes, restaurants, and shops, and the area was bustling with tourists.

The beachfront restaurants and cafes, in particular, had great views and were very comfortable.

Room Rates and Booking Tips – Find the Best Deals

– Hotel prices vary significantly depending on the season and day of the week. It’s common for prices to differ by several thousand yen even if the booking shifts by just one day.

– I stayed at “The Beach Tower Okinawa” for 28,800 yen per night (tax included).
