Convenient Access: Just a 3-Minute Walk from Yui Rail Kencho-Mae Station
“Nishitetsu Resort Inn Naha” is situated just a 3-minute walk from Yui Rail Kencho-mae Station. The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing in Okinawa, as it is right in front of Kencho-mae Station and close to Kokusai Street.
The photo below is cited from Google Maps, and “Nishitetsu Resort Inn Naha” faces the main street, National Route 58. In the surrounding area, there are high-rise buildings such as offices, commercial facilities, and hotels lined up.

Comfort Single Room: A Closer Look at Features and Comfort
This time, I stayed in a “Comfort Single” room. It is a compact guest room of 13.6 square meters.
I found out from the official website that all the beds were made by Simmons. The width of the double bed was 140 cm, providing a comfortable amount of space. The comfort of the bed is very important when staying at a hotel, but with a Simmons bed, you can’t go wrong.
Beside the bed, there was a small sofa and a table placed. It’s a table big enough to work on.
On the side table next to the bed, there was an alarm clock, a telephone, and a notepad. There are two power sources and a wired LAN port as well.
Even when the hotel WiFi is slow, it is very reassuring to have a wired LAN port available.
The TV is on the smaller side, but it had a mount that could be freely adjusted, which was convenient.
テレビは小さめですが、自由に角度が変えられるマウントがあり便利でした。
The drawer contained LAN cables and various pamphlets. There is a refrigerator under the drawer.
On the shelf, there were a hair dryer, cups, and an electric kettle.
Beside the shelf, a trash can and a suitcase rack were placed.
This is the view of the guest room as seen from the window side.
There was an open-type closet right next to the entrance. The width is narrow, but I think it’s big enough for use by one person.
Under the closet, there were swimwear and disposable slippers.
This is the floor plan of the accommodation level. Since rooms are located in all directions, I think the view varies significantly depending on the type of room.
Ocean Views and Relaxation: Enhancing Your Stay Experience
The guest room I stayed in faced northwest, so it was in the direction overlooking the sea.
The scenery was a pleasant surprise as I had no expectations at all.
We could see the airplanes landing at Naha Airport and enjoyed the view.
Bathroom Tour: Cleanliness and Amenities Explored
The bathroom was a unit bath typically found in business hotels.
It was a toilet with a bidet function, featuring a circular sink.
The amenities were in refillable bottles.
First Impressions: A Walkthrough of the Hotel Entrance
We will take a look at the hotel entrance.
It was a hotel entrance with a simple design.
There is a shisa on the roof eave.
When you enter through the entrance, the check-in counter is right there.
Behind the check-in counter, there were two guest room elevators.
There was a lounge (breakfast venue) facing the hotel lobby.
In the lobby, there was an amenities corner where you could choose and take the amenities you needed by yourself.
The elevator had card-based security.
Common Areas: Exploring Facilities at Nishitetsu Resort Inn Naha
After checking in, we headed to our floor via the guest room elevator. According to the guide signs, there are coin laundries on the 3rd and 4th floors, and vending machines and ice makers on the 1st, 8th, and 12th floors.
This is the elevator hall and corridor of the accommodation floor.
Nearby Dining: Discover the Okinawan Cuisine at “Mikado”
Near the hotel, there was an Okinawan diner called “Mikado,” which is always listed in guidebooks about Okinawa.
Goya Champuru and other Okinawan home-cooked meals are available at reasonable prices, making them recommended for dinner during your stay.
Accommodation Prices: Are They Worth the Convenience and Comfort?
・Hotel prices vary significantly depending on the time (season and day of the week). It’s quite common for prices to differ by several thousand yen just by a day’s shift.
・The price for my stay at “Nishitetsu Resort Inn Naha” was about 10,500 yen (tax included) per night.

Final Thoughts: Why Nishitetsu Resort Inn Naha Stands Out
“Nishitetsu Resort Inn Naha” is located just a 3-minute walk from Kencho-mae Station on the Yui Rail, and it is a conveniently located hotel where you can also walk to Kokusai Dori, one of Okinawa’s famous tourist spots.
I liked the convenience of being near Kokusai Dori and the abundance of shops and restaurants in the area.
The hotel was clean and reasonably priced, making it a recommended base for sightseeing in Okinawa or business trips to Okinawa!
